We recognize, realize and respect, the link between the mind and body as it relates to your overall health. If you honor your body with good food and movement, your mental clarity will increase which allows for insight and space for personal growth and development. When well fed and well moved, you are prepped to cleanse your mind of negative self talk and more easily achieve growth in your personal development. On the flip side, if you dive in and tackle past and current stresses in your life and really truly focus on developing a sense of self-love and self-acceptance, you will want to continue to honor your body with good food and healthy movement. The mind and body are so powerfully connected that when working on one, the other becomes easier to shift, leading to powerful and explosive growth.

Jay began her journey focused on nutrition and movement while Rae felt she was unable to even think about healthy eating until she began to focus on practices to teach her to love herself. Both have ended up on the same path of healthy, vibrant, enthusiastic living. It doesn’t mean we don’t get knocked down or fall off course. What is does mean is that by valuing our souls, our nutrition and our movement, we are well rooted and able to dance with the wind.a
